A deposit of 50 € is due on receipt of the key, part of which will be returned after deducting the necessary cleaning fee.

The costs vary as how you leave the apartment, the cleaning fees are 15 €/h.

In the off-peak season price reductions may be possible, if you want to rent the apartment for more than a month.
